A Navy Lieutenant was accused by multiple women on the ship of sexual harassment and making unwanted sexual advances. After several adverse administrative actions taken against him, the case was ultimately referred to a Board of Inquiry. At the board, attorney Tim Bilecki systematically exposed the motivations of the alleged “victims” and was able to prove they had made patently false allegations. The board members unanimously voted for a finding of No Basis and our client was retained in the Navy.
