Our office was retained on a consultation basis to review the evidence against the accused and advise the detailed military counsel on trial strategy. Mr. Bilecki reviewed the evidence, discovery; witness interviews and also conducted an independent investigation into the matter.
After doing so, Bilecki Law Group acted in a consultation role and worked with the Navy detailed military counsel to discuss trial strategy and best courses of action.
The case was concluded by the accused accepting a pre-trial agreement to lesser-included assault offenses and all sexual assault-related charges being dismissed.
