An Army Private came under investigation for possession of LSD in violation of Article 112a, UCMJ. Army Criminal Investigative Division (CID) believed he was involving an alleged LSD distribution drug ring. After being brought in for questioning, he was also accused of making a false official statement and destruction of evidence. Civilian Defense Attorney Tim Bilecki was retained and represented the Soldier throughout the course of the investigation. Ultimately, Mr. Bilecki was able to get the allegations disposed of at an Article 15 instead of a court martial.
