Larceny, BAH Fraud, False Official Statemen
Sasebo Naval Base, Japan
Navy , 0-3
No Court Martial Charges Preferred.

When a Navy Chief became under investigation for BAH Fraud related to BAH entitlements he was receiving for his spouse, he retained civilian defense counsel Tim Bilecki immediately.  As we do in nearly every allegation involving BAH fraud, Mr. Bilecki conducted a complete audit of our client’s financial entitlements.  In this case, it turned out that our client was actually entitled to the funds he was receiving for his spouse. Mr. Bilecki had lengthy discussions with both NCIS and the staff judge advocate’s and as a result, court martial charges were not preferred.
